Lap sized patriotic hot and cold rice pack provides a soothing and comforting warmth for muscle aches, cramps, joint pain and stress relief. Filled with rice it can be microwaved for warmth or chilled for cooling comfort — reusable and natural for everyday relaxation. This product is unscented.

This pack measures approximately 9" x 16" and weighs approximately 3.5 lbs.

Q: How do I heat the lap sized patriotic hot and cold rice pack?
A: Place the wrap in the microwave for 2-2.5 minutes. Do not overheat; always check the temperature before use.

A: Yes! Place the wrap in a sealed plastic bag and chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour for cooling relief.

A: Organic rice.

A: One side is 100% quilting cotton, and the other side is soft flannel. The wrap is fully lined for durability.

A: yes! First, heat your pack then using your favorite essential oil blend roll it on the fabric. I like to use a rosemary oil to help with tight breathing or lavender to help me relax when Im trying to sleep.
